1. What HireReady Is

HireReady Suite ("HireReady," "the Service") is an AI-assisted resume optimization and qualification analysis tool. It helps you understand how your background aligns with specific job requirements and generates a restructured resume.

HireReady is not a career counselor, employment agency, legal advisor, or recruiter. Our analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and should be used as one input in your job search — not as the sole basis for employment decisions.

2. No Guarantee of Employment

Using HireReady does not guarantee that you will pass any screening process, receive an interview, or be offered employment. Hiring decisions are made by employers based on many factors beyond what any resume tool can control.

Qualification scores and analysis provided by HireReady are estimates based on AI interpretation of your resume and the job posting. They may not perfectly reflect how a specific employer will evaluate your application.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the information in your resume is truthful and accurate. HireReady optimizes the presentation of your qualifications — it does not verify them.
  • Review: Always review your optimized resume before submitting it to an employer. AI-generated output should be checked for accuracy.
  • Account security: If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Lawful use: You agree not to use HireReady to create fraudulent, misleading, or dishonest application materials.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

HireReady offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.

  • Free plan: Limited features, no credit card required. We reserve the right to modify free plan features at any time.
  • Paid plans: Billed monthly on the date you subscribe. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
  • Usage limits: Each plan includes a specific number of resume analyses per month. Unused analyses do not roll over to the next month.
  • Price changes:We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price increase takes effect.

5. AI-Generated Content

HireReady uses artificial intelligence to analyze resumes, parse job postings, and generate optimized output including restructured resumes, cover letters, and qualification analyses.

  • AI output may occasionally contain errors, misinterpretations, or formatting issues.
  • You should always review and verify AI-generated content before using it.
  • We continuously improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on every resume and job posting combination.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of your resume, personal information, and any materials you upload. We claim no ownership over your data.

Our service: The HireReady platform, including its design, code, AI models, screening framework, and methodology, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the service to create fraudulent or misleading application materials
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our screening methodology or AI systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
  • Share account credentials or resell access to the service
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for other users

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

HireReady is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, inaccurate analyses, or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep HireReady available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
